What is branding of a company or product?

Branding creates thoughts and builds a compelling association between:

(a) your company, your products and

(b) an image, an emotion, or the benefit you have to offer your customers.

When a person visit your site you make some promise to your customers about what they can expect from you. If the person buys a product from you – the person will judge your products and promises. If the customer is satisfied with your product, you have started to create a brand..

What is branding of a person?

(a) a person with some knowledge – and

(b) a product that the person use or recommend

You want to buy things from people you like a trust. If the person who you like and trust tells you that this is an excellent product or solution then you will consider to buy the product.

If we talk about branding in online marketing you can chose to make a personal branding. Why ? Because if you are a brand  you can start marketing new product or services and people will still buy from you because the like and trust you. The person I mentioned in the start of this article are brands. Why do new companies make a sponsor agreement with those people. Because brands are selling.
