<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Sound familiar? Chances are you&#39;ve made that very mistake yourself. I know I did early on in my online endeavors.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Listen to me carefully: your primary objective should be to determine <strong>ONE path you&#39;re wanting to take to build an online business. </strong></span></span></p>

But just try to do affiliate marketing, online auctions, creating information products, setting up Adsense sites and buying private label products all at the same time and see what happens.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">No one becomes a doctor or lawyer or accountant or even a cashier at McDonald&#39;s without an education process.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">The important thing is this: <strong>learn what you need to learn and absolutely nothing else. </strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Think about the absurdity of this scenario: a medical student devotes some of his time to learning medicine, some of his time to learning law, some of his time to learning accounting and some of his time to learning estate planning.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Is he going to become a master at medicine? At anything?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">The point is this: you will derail yourself if you try to take in every new &quot;offer of the week&quot; that comes your way. You&#39;ve gotta learn to resist the temptation to go and buy what appears to be the best new thing to come around.</span></span></p>

They know how to make their product sound like it&#39;s the perfect thing for you. They know how to make you whip out your credit card and buy. That&#39;s why their marketers. That simply means, you&#39;ve gotta be persistent. You&#39;ve gotta stick to it. </strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>If there&#39;s one reason why people don&#39;t &quot;make it&quot; in their internet businesses, this is it: they quit. It&#39;s usually out of frustration because of a lack of results. </strong></span></span></p>

<p>Think of&nbsp; what stage of the buying cycle your target customers are at, and use words that hit.</p>
<p>Are they still looking for information or are they ready to purchase? IT is important that your call to action matches what they want to do at this stage. If your target audience is still in the information-gathering phase use words like&nbsp; &quot;review,&quot; &quot;guide,&quot; &quot;find,&quot; &quot;search,&quot; etc., and thenn guide them to a landing page that matches their search.</p>

<p>I am sure that you want to see good results from your ad, then I can tell you that it is extremely important that your ad contain the keyword that it is built around.</p>
<p>You can optimize your ad by placing your keyword in each of the three components of your ad: your headline, ad copy, and your domain name (if you can).</p>
<p>Here is an exsample with &quot;baseball cards&quot;:</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Vintage Baseball Cards<br />
					&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1000+ Baseball Cards 1952-2005<br />
					&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Free Shipping on $50 Single Orders<br />
					&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; www.gotbaseballcards.com</p>
<p>(My own pay-per-click results have shown 50% more clicks on ads if the ad has the keyword in both the body and the headline compared to ads that don not!)</p>
<p>Plus you get an extra benefit of using your keyword in your ad because most search engines bold the keywords. Do here is the key -&nbsp; if you want your ad to stand out, use your keyword in the title and description and you will get two great benefits from doing it:</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Bolded keywords appear twice in your ad<br />
					&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Customers zoom in on EXACTLY the keywords they&#39;re searching on</p>
<p>But I have to tell you that there is an exception to every rule. Before you write you ad &#8211; always analyze the competition. Is every single competitor using the keyword in the title and description? If so, your ad may blend in instead of standing out. If this is the case, just use one or two words of the phrase you are bidding on.<br />
